How can gems heal?

What happens if I make my payment on the weekend or on a Holiday?
Payment will be posted to your account on the same day it is received. Any payment received after 11:00 PM (Eastern Time) will be posted the following day.

How long does it take from the time I make a payment until the funds are debited from my bank account?
We process payments daily, but we cannot determine the exact timing of the actual withdrawal.
Yes, it is for your security that we do not retain your account information after the transaction is complete. If you wish to change a payment that has not yet processed, your information will not have to be re-entered.

What is the Barne’s return and refund policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days in original condition (unworn and unaltered), and accompanied by the original packaging. Custom designed merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
